Services
Ten services, one sequence, and most teams need four
Every one of them earns its place the same way. More of the traffic you already pay for becomes a lead your sales team can rank, and fewer of the calls in the diary are wasted.
Not open yet. When it opens it tells you which of the ten you actually need, before anyone quotes you for all of them.
Build
What you decide before launch is what you can qualify afterwards
Five pieces of work, in the order they happen. Get the first one wrong and the other four are decoration on a bad model.
Quiz copywriting
Quiz funnel design
Quiz funnel development
Implementation
Which of these you need
Convert
A score is only worth building if it changes who gets a call
Three pieces of work that decide what happens to an answer after it lands, and how much of your spend survives the trip.
Lead qualification and scoring
Conversion rate optimisation
Lead generation
Improve
Your funnel gets better with every hundred responses, if someone reads them
Two retainers. One reads what came back, the other changes what gets asked next.
Funnel analytics and reporting
Funnel optimisation
The sequence
Four of the ten, in this order, is the usual shape
Strategy, copy, the build and the scoring model. The retainers join once there are responses worth reading.
Agree what a good lead is
Strategy. Whoever decides which leads get called signs the model, because every step after this inherits it. It is the only stage with a hard stop.
Write what you ask
Copywriting and design. Every question either moves the score or costs you a completion, and there is no third option.
Wire it to the CRM
Development and scoring. A score your sales team never sees changes nobody’s day. This is the stage that decides whether the spend comes back.
Read it every month
Analytics and the retainer. A hundred responses in, the data says which question to cut and which band is flattering people.
Conversion rate optimisation joins when the entry pages are the problem rather than the instrument, which the reporting will tell you. Implementation is the shorter route for teams who already own the software and want it configured and handed over working.
Packages
Three packages, and each one is a fixed set of these
Separated by scope, not by how many hours anyone bills.
Package 1
One scorecard
Package 2
The funnel around it
Package 3
The programme
Prices go on the pricing page as numbers once they are fixed. Until then the scope is the honest part, and the scope is above.
What is in each packageYour turn
Find out which of the ten you need before anyone quotes you
The scorecard rates your funnel on the four things that decide whether traffic converts, and the report names the weakest one.
Not open yet. The score and the report are yours whether or not we ever speak.
